What we collect

When you send an order request we store your name, email address, phone number, the piece and colours you chose, and any notes you wrote. When you use the contact form we store your name, email and message.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your wishlist is stored in your own browser.

Why we hold it

Purely to fulfil your order and to reply to you. We need your phone number because yarn questions are faster to resolve by message than by email.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share customer data with third parties. Order data is stored with our hosting provider under their standard data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Completed orders are kept for three years for accounting purposes. Cancelled requests and contact messages are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

Email hello@crozele.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We will action it within thirty days.
