How it works
A request, then a conversation, then a piece
Crozele is not a shop with shelves. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you send a request.

You send a request
Choose a size and your colours - a primary plus two fallbacks, or one colour per section on multi-colour pieces. Add any notes about fit or finish. Nothing is charged at this point.
- 02
We check the yarn
Within a few hours we confirm we have your colours in stock. If your first choice has run out we come back to you with your second, or an estimate of when it returns. We never substitute quietly.

We confirm the price and timeline
The base price covers the standard piece. Customisations that add significant work are quoted before we begin, so you always approve the final figure.
- 04
You pay, we start
Once you are happy we send a payment request. Work begins as soon as it clears, and your order moves into production.
- 05
It gets made
Anything from a single afternoon to sixteen days on the hook, depending on the piece. We will tell you the estimate up front and let you know if anything changes.
- 06
Ready to Deliver
We let you know the moment it is finished, then post it wrapped with care.
Common questions
- Why can't I just buy it now?
- Because it does not exist yet. Crochet cannot be machine made, so every piece is worked by hand after you ask for it.
- What if my colour is out of stock?
- That is exactly why we ask for a second and third choice. We will offer your fallback, or tell you when the yarn is due back in and let you decide.
- Can I change my mind after requesting?
- Yes, at any point before you pay. Once work has started we can usually still adjust small details. Just message us with your reference number.
- Do you make things you don't list?
- Often. Send a photo or a description through the custom order form and we will tell you whether it is possible and what it would cost.
